<p>Prototype, develop, and optimize data and analytics (D&A) solutions to tackle clients’ business problems and management objectives relating to data analysis. Develop and implement techniques and analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information. Define D&A requirements, and procure, manipulate, and process data from various internal and external sources. Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. Assess, capture, and translate complex business needs and existing organizational D&A maturity levels into a structured strategy for D&A capability development. Help engagement teams understand domain context required to deliver meaningful and effective business insights from D&A solutions. Assist with the design, management, execution, and implementation of complex analytics models. Research and articulate sector- or process-specific data and D&A solution design requirements, including building design requirements. Support project leaders in tracking and communicating project risks, budget, rates, and launch/closeout activities. Pursue business development opportunities. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks.</p>
<p>WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)</p><p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: </p><p>Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 80%.</p><p>Travel to various international locations required up to 5%.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.</p><p>Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Data analytics solution design and build; Operations research, decision science, and cloud computing; Translating business questions into analytics use cases and measurable outcomes; Supporting client engagements involving D&A strategy and transformation; Architecting data and data sources as part of analytical or AI solutions; Building data pipelines with SQL transformations to streamline reporting and compliance; Developing foundational data models and SQL scripts to unify data tables; Designing scalable predictive analytics models with machine learning capabilities; and Implementing and optimizing analytics and machine learning algorithms in Python.</p><p>Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with engineering and deploying AI-powered applications to meet clients’ business needs using: (i) Python, (ii) Databricks, (iii) Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform, and (iv) Power BI or Tableau.</p><p>Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.</p><p>Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.</p><p>QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:</p><p>Apply online at https://www.kpmguscareers.com/job-search and type requisition number 135423 in the keyword search box for Experienced Professionals.
