<p>Develop frameworks and methodologies to facilitate asset and liability management, funding and liquidity planning and internal limit stress testing and capital management. Provide clients with gap assessments as well as design and implementation of processes to facilitate asset liability management, funding and liquidity planning and stress testing and capital management. Review clients’ processes and controls against leading Liquidity practices and industry frameworks, identify gaps in design and execution, and communicate issues and recommendations to engagement leads and client management. Conduct testing and validating of the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), NSFR, Basel, Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) Liquidity Coverage Ratio reporting, FR 2052a and Liquidity Stress Testing. Build Liquidity tools that enable clients to efficiently utilize capital and liquidity resources, consistent with regulatory expectations. Plan and execute client engagements focusing on Liquidity Risk, Liquidity Regulatory Reporting, Internal Liquidity Stress Testing, Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Resolution and Recovery Engage in go-to-market and business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals for prospective clients and client presentations. Be a point-of-contact for project management and administration including contracting and budget management as well as supporting the practice by helping to build assessment tools.</p>
<p>WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)</p><p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: </p><p>Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. required up to 25%.</p><p>Travel to various international locations required up to 25%.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Commerce, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience. Employer will accept a 3- or 4-year bachelor’s degree.</p><p>Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience with the following: Contingency Funding planning; Liquidity management, including intraday liquidity management, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and funding planning; Liquidity requirements under RegYY, OCC bulletins and Federal Reserve SR letters; Internal liquidity stress testing: assumptions and methodology modelling, documentation and governance; and Liquidity Reporting related to the FR 2052a, LCR, and NSFR.</p><p>Telecommuting may be permitted within commutable distance from the office location depending on business need.</p><p>Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.</p><p>QUALIFIED APPLICANTS:</p><p>Apply online at https://www.kpmguscareers.com/job-search and type requisition number 134578 in the keyword search box for Experienced Professionals.
