<div>KPMG is currently seeking a Managing Director in our team.</div><div><br></div><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:<br><ul><li>Lead the creation and implementation of revenue growth, performance transformation and/or operating model strategy services for clients with a focus on Life Science clients</li><li>Direct and participate in business development focusing on Life Science's including curating a strong professional network, maintaining a strong market presence, identifying opportunities, proposing KPMG services, negotiating terms and closing engagements</li><li>Lead cross-functional teams in developing and implementing client services and presentation of final client deliverables</li><li>Oversee the quality of client engagements and the development of staff</li><li>Lead and participate in practice building including, but not limited to recruitment and training, thought leadership, management and mentorship of staff and/or solution development</li></ul> <strong>Qualifications</strong>:<br><ul><li>Minimum twelve years of recent experience in developing and implementing organic and inorganic growth and/or operating model efficiency services within a consulting advisory firm or corporate strategy, development, or management function</li><li>Eight plus years of experience working with or for clients in the Life Science industry </li><li>Bachelors degree from an accredited university/college; MBA preferred</li><li>Experience selling and leading multiple, complex initiatives throughout the M&amp;A life cycle</li><li>Demonstrated business development skills including fostering a strong professional network, scoping opportunities , leading pursuits and negotiating terms</li><li>Excellent consulting skills: analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, facilitation and presentation skills and extensive experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating and managing staff, clients and/or partners towards the successful completion of a project</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel as needed including international travel</li></ul>
