<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and manage end-to-end deployment and release activities across production and non-production workloads on Azure/AWS</li><li>Own and govern DevOps pipelines and release processes, ensuring consistency, traceability, and adherence to change management standards</li><li>Partner with global IT, engineering, and business teams to plan, schedule, and execute deployments with minimal business disruption</li><li>Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of deployment workflows to enhance speed, quality, and reliability</li><li>Ensure all releases comply with security, regulatory, and audit requirements, including supporting audit readiness and evidence collection</li><li>Maintain deployment documentation and runbooks, while promoting best practices in release management and driving root cause analysis for continuous improvement</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience leading deployment, release management, and CI/CD engineering teams in complex enterprise environments</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams, advance strategic DevOps and CI/CD initiatives, and deliver with urgency, ownership, and measurable results </li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end DevOps, deployment, and software delivery lifecycle processes</li><li>Experience leading platform and DevOps teams in translating business requirements into scalable solutions, driving system documentation, and resolving deployment, integration, and operational issues</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder updates (200TEC)</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
