<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Infrastructure Manager to join our Audit Technology Alliance team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure across compute, network, and storage environments</li><li>Ensure system availability, reliability, and performance by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation, maintain CMDB records up to date, configurations, and operational procedures to support consistency and scalability of environments</li><li>Enforce security policies, standards, and best practices to protect organizational systems and data</li><li>Support and execute disaster recovery, capacity planning and business continuity plans, ensuring readiness and alignment with recovery objectives</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience in IT infrastructure; minimum four years recent experience operating cloud-first platforms in enterprise environments</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; high school diploma or GED required</li><li>Strong expertise in automation and scripting, with hands-on experience in infrastructure-as-code and advanced automation practices</li><li>Solid understanding of cloud architecture fundamentals including networking, compute, storage, identity, and security</li><li>Working knowledge of DevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure automation) and experience supporting incident management, disaster recovery, and compliance in production environments</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status reporting and stakeholder updates (200TEC)</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
