<div><p>KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, SAP S4 Public Cloud EPPM to join our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Advisory Services</a> practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p></div><div><ul><li>Participate in Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, supporting customer, internal, and investment project scenarios across Project to Result (P2R) and Professional Services environments, and assisting in implementation lifecycle activities and solution reviews.</li><li>Support the process design, configuration, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM capabilities, including project definition structures, work breakdown structures, financial planning and budgeting, resource planning, time confirmation, cost capture, and integration with Finance and Controlling.</li><li>Participate in fit to standard workshops, document design decisions, and execute configuration aligned to Public Cloud clean core principles, ensuring adoption of standard EPPM functionality with clearly documented gaps and extensions where required.&nbsp;</li><li>Support ERP discovery and architecture led assessments by documenting current state project and portfolio management processes, gathering requirements, and assisting in the development of future state EPPM and P2R architecture.</li><li>Assist in business development efforts by contributing to proposal content, solution design, and client presentations that align SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud EPPM capabilities with enterprise transformation and portfolio governance objectives.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with team members and provide informal guidance and support to junior associates or interns on EPPM engagements, contributing to team development, delivery quality, and performance.</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.</li></ul><div><div>Qualifications:</div><div><ul><li>Minimum of three years of recent external management consulting experience, including at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation with involvement in Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM), demonstrating the ability to support stakeholder engagement and contribute to business and delivery outcomes.</li><li>Experience supporting at least one SAP implementation focused on Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management (EPPM) and Project to Result (P2R) capabilities, with the ability to participate in workshops, assist in defining business centric solutions, and support integration with related modules such as Finance and Controlling.</li><li>Solid delivery execution skills in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, with experience supporting phases from planning and design through build, testing, cutover, and hypercare, including assistance with issue resolution and stakeholder coordination.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives by supporting process standardization, collaborating on high quality deliverables, and applying SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud digital tools for EPPM and project financial management.</li><li>Travel as needed</li><li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
