<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Systems Administration/Configuration to join our Digital Nexus technology team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Strategic and proactive accountability to deliver services that help ensure the availability and reliability of KPMG's Information Technology (IT) infrastructure related to the One Americas firms</li><li>Direct and guide management team regarding strategic and tactical objectives; drive processes for significantly complex projects of strategic importance, involving cross-functional teams, in support of the Systems Administration/Configuration work area's overall strategy</li><li>Support infrastructure troubleshooting efforts; maintain relationships with vendors and professional organizations and develop solid business relationships by becoming a trusted advisor with key leaders and stakeholders to proactively support business objectives</li><li>Advance the productivity of functional processes, procedures, and programs by integrating quality assurance and control practices; oversee large scale projects for expansions, upgrades, and new services, while monitoring established project budgets and allocated resources</li><li>Coordinate the management and maintenance of IP phone systems, system configurations, installations, and updates to avoid disruptions in communications and ensure efficient operations</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum ten years of recent experience in proven professional technical background with Identity and Privileged Access Management (IAM/PAM), Active Directory Services, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google), IT Systems Management, SIEM, Auditing, and system monitoring/logging</li><li>Master’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required</li><li>Deep proficiency in Data Management and Engineering, including SQL systems, Relational Databases, Data Warehousing, Data Modeling, ETL, Database Administration, Power BI/Reporting Tools, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation</li><li>Detail-oriented professional with strong capabilities in Project Management, Budgeting, Business Requirements gathering, troubleshooting (problem-solving), and written communication</li><li>Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required; proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
