<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, SAP FICO – Transfer Pricing in Advisory for our Consulting practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Lead full-lifecycle SAP FICO and S/4HANA implementations focusing on intercompany processes, transfer pricing, and cross-border supply chain financials.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Serve as the primary SAP architect for Transfer Pricing solutions. Configure Profit Center Accounting (PCA), multiple valuation approaches (legal, group, profit center), Intercompany (IC) billing, and stock transfers.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Partner with client corporate tax and finance controllership teams to translate global transfer pricing policies (e.g., OECD guidelines, local statutory rules) into scalable, automated SAP system designs. Configure complex markup/markdown scenarios and intercompany reconciliation processes.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Advise C-suite and VP-level stakeholders (Tax, Finance, IT) on leading practices for operationalizing transfer pricing, reducing tax compliance risks, and improving intercompany transparency.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Direct, mentor, and develop a team of senior associates and associates. Manage project economics, workstreams, and ensure high-quality delivery.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Support go-to-market initiatives, collaborate with the Tax Advisory practice on joint proposals, and contribute to the development of thought leadership in operational transfer pricing.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</p><p>Qualifications:</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and consulting, with at least 3 years operating at a managerial or team lead level.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP intercompany processing (resource-related billing, cross-company sales/purchases), Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and multi-currency/multi-valuation configurations.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Completion of at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations with a heavy emphasis on global rollouts and complex intercompany setups.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited college/university.</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Ability to travel as needed</p><p>•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
