<font size="2" face="arial">KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow Software Asset Management (HAM) for our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Consulting</a> practice.</font><div style="display: inline;"><p><font size="2" face="arial" style="">Responsibilities:</font></p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in;"> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Support clients in assessing their current IT Asset Management environment and creating future-state roadmaps to help them achieve their business objectives in a practical manner</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Lead and deliver ServiceNow Software Asset Management (HAM) solutions, including HAM strategy, implementation, configuration, and integration with CMDB, ITAM processes and ITSM processes</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Lead large IT Service Management transformation projects including project management, ITIL process design, solution design, technical tool design, and implementation on an IT Service Management platform</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Leverage knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end solutions on the ServiceNow platform which includes architecting technical implementation of ITAM processes, organizing and prioritizing development efforts, interfacing with vendors and management, and coordinating effort with both internal and client technical teams</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions including configuration and workflow design and implementation</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Support clients in adopting Hardware Asset Management best practices, migration, testing, and ServiceNow governance</font></span></li></ul><p><font size="2" face="arial" style="">Qualifications:</font></p><ul><li><span style="font-family: arial; font-size: small;">Minimum of three years of experience with techniques such as assessing and planning IT capabilities, IT cost and performance management, IT solutions architecture, portfolio, program and project management, and transformational change</span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM), in addition to broader ServiceNow, CMDB, IT management, enterprise strategy, IT supply chain, and information management disciplines</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Experience in IT process improvement within your own organization or as an external consultant</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Strong business, technical, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills</font></span></li> <li><span><font size="2" face="arial">Travel as necessary</font></span></li><li><font size="2" face="arial">Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</font></li> </ul></div><div><div><div style="display: inline;"></div></div><style> </style></div><style> </style>
