<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead client service delivery teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards</li><li>Design, development, and manage Workday technology roadmaps </li><li>Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions (HCM, Financials) to meet client business needs</li><li>Translate complex functional requirements into technical solutions, ensure system integrations, lead data transformations, and guide clients through implementation lifecycles</li><li>Serve as bridge between technical teams and business functional stakeholders to define engagement scope / requirements</li><li>Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff-level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management</li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of eight years of Workday Solution Architecture experience; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university</li><li>Experience leading Workday HCM focused engagements / projects</li><li>Experience analyzing network / computer communications hardware / software characteristics, designing optimized network topologies / site configurations, data migrations / conversions, and systems engineering</li><li>Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical configurations</li><li>Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements</li><li>Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance</li></ul>
