<p>Participate in the execution of audit engagements for clients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants. Review, collect, and analyze data to detect deficient controls, fraud or noncompliance with SOX Act Section 404. Review and analyze U.S. GAAP financial statements and financial projections. Review SEC filings and research technical accounting issues. Analyze technical accounting issues, including goodwill and long-lived asset impairment and revenue recognition. Auditing accounting estimates in accordance with PCAOB AS 2501. Understand and utilize KPMG’s Audit Methodology.</p>
<p>WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)</p><p>LICENSE REQUIREMENT:</p><p>CPA license required.</p><p>TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: </p><p>Up to 20% travel to various domestic and international locations per business need.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS:</p><p>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience in the offered position or a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a master’s degree plus three (3) years of experience.
