<div style="display: inline;"><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black;"><font size="2">KPMG is currently seeking a Mailroom Coordinator (Tax Document Processor), to join our Business Tax Services Organization.</font></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black;"><font size="2">Responsibilities:</font></span></p><ul> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Collate, assemble and file various tax returns for the tax practice</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Update internal databases related to filing calendars and other client data</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Maintain electronic work papers and tax returns</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Assist with electronic file maintenance using internal document retention database</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Perform other duties as assigned</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</font></span></li> </ul><p><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: black;"><font size="2">Qualifications:</font></span></p><ul> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Minimum of two years of administrative or tax processing experience; preferably within a tax department or professional services environment</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><font size="2"><span style="color: windowtext;">Minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required</span><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"></span></font></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2">Flexibility to work overtime and weekends during peak tax periods</font></span></li> <li style="color: black;"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;"><font size="2" style="">Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
