<div><p>KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle P2P lead to join our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Managed Services</a> practice.</p></div><div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Lead end-to-end Oracle Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process support, including issue resolution, enhancement design, and best-practice process optimization across managed services or consulting engagements</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle P2P system solutions</li><li>Support system configuration, testing cycles, and production deployment activities for Oracle P2P modules, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery</li><li>Provide functional expertise to clients by identifying opportunities for process improvements, system efficiencies, and operational excellence within the P2P lifecycle</li><li>Develop and maintain documentation, including functional designs, process flows, knowledge articles, and user training materials</li><li>Contribute to continuous service improvements by monitoring performance, identifying recurring issues, and recommending enhancements aligned with firm standards</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul></div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><div><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience working with Oracle P2P, including hands-on configuration and support experience as a P2P Lead in managed services or consulting environments</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required </li><li>Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud or EBS P2P modules, including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier management, and related integrations</li><li>Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot functional issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop scalable solutions in partnership with technical teams</li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize deadlines, and support client service excellence in fast-paced environments</li><li>Travel may be required, depending on client and business needs </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul></div></div><div><br></div>
