<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Communications to join our Corporate Affairs organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead&nbsp;the daily&nbsp;operation&nbsp;of the&nbsp;firm’s web-based&nbsp;internal email platform&nbsp;for firmwide communications,&nbsp;including&nbsp;oversight of partner and firmwide email distribution, list&nbsp;management&nbsp;and workflows, firmwide&nbsp;email&nbsp;content calendars, and template/branding consistency.</li><li>Serve as&nbsp;the Corporate Affairs subject matter expert for&nbsp;email&nbsp;communications&nbsp;best practices, technology, and platform capabilities, advising internal teams on&nbsp;optimal&nbsp;approaches and troubleshooting issues as needed</li><li>Monitor trends in digital media&nbsp;consumption and AI&nbsp;and work closely with the firm’s technology team to operationalize&nbsp;new&nbsp;technologies&nbsp;and&nbsp;AI&nbsp;capabilities to benefit internal communications; identify&nbsp;and&nbsp;help&nbsp;implement innovative strategies to enhance engagement and effectiveness of firmwide messages</li><li>Partner closely with technology leads,&nbsp;designers,&nbsp;marketers&nbsp;and the broader Corporate Affairs team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of&nbsp;internal&nbsp;digital communication initiatives; collaborate to&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;workflows,&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;consistent branding, and support the delivery of high-impact internal messaging that advances firm strategy</li><li>Support the creation and distribution of digital assets such as videos,&nbsp;podcasts, and games&nbsp;to enrich internal communication and drive engagement</li><li>Establish&nbsp;and&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of&nbsp;email&nbsp;and other internal&nbsp;communications; use data-driven insights to&nbsp;help the team&nbsp;refine editorial strategies,&nbsp;optimize&nbsp;content, and enhance employee engagement</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum&nbsp;five&nbsp;years of&nbsp;recent experience in email marketing, digital communications, or a related discipline, with proven&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in managing email platforms and digital assets</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in communications, marketing, technology, or&nbsp;a related&nbsp;field</li><li>Strong background in email technology, including platform administration and campaign analytics</li><li>Demonstrated ability to&nbsp;identify&nbsp;and apply emerging trends in media consumption and AI to improve communication strategies</li><li>Experience aligning branding and messaging across multiple digital channels;&nbsp;Skilled&nbsp;in producing and supporting digital assets such as videos and podcasts</li><li>Excellent project management, leadership, and stakeholder collaboration abilities; proficient with web-based communication tools, analytics platforms, and digital content management systems</li><li>Applicants&nbsp;Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
