<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Solution Lead to join our Audit Technology Alliance team.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assist in the management of the solution creation process, and drive those solutions to completion by collaborating with a cross-functional team.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business leads to understand their business objectives, needs, and challenges as well as the business processes that support them</li><li>In conjunction with our development suppliers, help defines, owns and evolves the solution approach that addresses the business needs and challenge</li><li>Drive outcomes aligned to portfolio goals, balancing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk to maximize business value</li><li>Establish transparent status, risks, and dependencies; escalate early and enable timely decision-making through data-driven reporting</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience leading the design and delivery of Audit-Centric Data and Analytics solutions that support financial statement audits, including audit analytics, substantive testing, and risk‑focused data enablement across core financial processes</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required</li><li>Strong Understanding of Financial Statement Audit Processes and Risks with deep knowledge of financial statement audit workflows, including revenue, expenses, journal entries, controls testing, and substantive analytics, with the ability to align Data and Analytics solutions to audit objectives and regulatory expectations; working knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking requirements, test cases, and delivery</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Financial Data and Data Quality with the ability to work with complex financial and ERP data (such as GL, sub‑ledgers, transactional data), assess data completeness and accuracy, and ensure audit‑ready data quality, lineage, and traceability</li><li>Advanced Data and Analytics technology experience along with practical experience leveraging platforms such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric to enable scalable, audit‑ready analytics and data processing; proficiency with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) controls and project delivery frameworks</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills across business and technology teams; understanding of cloud-first, API-first patterns and DevOps/Continuous Delivery practices</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
