<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant, Administrative Services to join our Administrative & Office Experience organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide executive and administrative support to senior market leadership, including calendar and meeting scheduling; engagement setup and client billing; client/industry research; and drafting internal communications and presentations; build trusted relationships with executives, Partners/Managing Directors, internal teams, clients, alliance partners, and community stakeholders; anticipate leadership priorities; safeguard confidential information; coordinate with Managing Partners to prioritize local activities aligned with regional and firm strategies; coordinate resources; track performance metrics</li><li>Represent the leader in select internal forums, client touchpoints, and local office events; prepare agendas and briefing materials; document decisions and drive follow-through on action items</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, business development, and account teams to plan and execute go-to-market programs and campaigns; support pursuits and executive briefings; create external-facing materials that articulate value propositions and differentiators</li><li>Manage and optimize the leader’s professional social presence (for example, LinkedIn), including profile optimization, content planning, posting cadence, engagement, and analytics; ensure alignment with KPMG brand standards and tone</li><li>Plan and execute high-impact internal and client-facing events, including on-site logistics and vendor coordination; manage complex travel and meeting arrangements to optimize time, budget, and outcomes</li><li>Contribute actively to Administrative Services team meetings and internal project teams; share best practices; build skills to advance team initiatives; work with team members to navigate and solve day-to-day problems related to services, technology, relationships, or other issues, collaborating with Digital Nexus or other internal teams/resources as appropriate</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience supporting a senior leader; proactive and forward-thinking mindset, with a proven ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and manage complex projects with a high degree of autonomy; industry knowledge in Audit, Tax, or Advisory professional services highly desired</li><li>Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication, with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trust and navigate complex relationships with senior clients, community leaders, and internal partners; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; excellent business acumen with demonstrated analytical skills to translate data and research into actionable insights; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; exceptional web-based research skills and enthusiastic about leveraging technologies like GenAI to drive efficiency and impact</li><li>Aptitude to promote a teaming culture with common goals and responsibilities as well as leverage strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives to maintain a high-performing team</li><li>Capability to work in the assigned office at least three days a week; able to work overtime and travel within the cluster for client meetings and market events as needed</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
