<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Sr. Associate, Business Analyst to join our Asset Management Technology team. The role is based in Montvale NJ.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Prioritize work to meet milestones and complete deliverables in a timely manner while adhering to the business requirements throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>Prepare documentation, presentations, charts, tables and diagrams and conduct reviews for scope, business justification and business requirements including use cases, design documents, prototypes and business rules</li><li>Review test plans and scenarios to help ensure an accurate, effective product and participate in functional and system testing as needed, identifying and documenting system deficiencies and recommend new methodology</li><li>Document and track the status of client inquiries, enhancement requests, change requests and defects</li><li>Prepare detailed specifications for developers and apply technical experience in evaluating sofatware modifications that will enhance operating and development activities </li><li>Oversee work product, manage deadlines, expectations and often contributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by more junior staff</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum three years of recent experience using Microsoft Office Suite, UML, flow charting software, change control/defect tracking software, project management methodologies and design tools</li><li>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in computer science or a related discipline is required</li><li>Experience in researching, planning and recommending software, and systems solutions</li><li>Skilled in organizing information based on reviewing meeting notes, specifications, interviewing clients, architects and developers</li><li>Understanding of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), ASP.NET, SQL, XML and Design Patterns</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
