<div><p>Performance Hub is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Performance Hub practice.</p></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct financial analysis and account reconciliations to support the advancement of strategic goals in financial management and audit readiness, ensuring outputs adhere to regulatory requirements / organizational standards</li><li>Track / monitor audit data requests, produce relevant metrics, and manage engagements audit request mailboxes</li><li>Collaborate with project team / engagement leadership to drive innovation and strengthen internal control processes</li><li>Manage / protect confidential documents - such as cost management workbooks, engagement presentations, reports, and analyses by following company policies on confidentiality / data security</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold Performance Hub's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><div><br></div><div><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum one year of financial analysis or process level accounting experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university</li><li>Experience / knowledge of accounting principles and process level accounting (e.g. - A/P, A/R); federal accounting experience preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas effectively through written narratives / diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills; demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment</li><li>Must have ability to work directly on project site location</li><li>Applicant must possess or be eligible for a U.S. Government clearance</li></ul></div>
