<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, AMR AI Deployment and Adoption to join our Americas COO organization. This is a remote work opportunity.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Work with regional AI Transformation Leader to support activities that enable AI services and tooling to be deployed effectively</li><li>Engage key stakeholders, including member firm AI Trusted sponsors, CIOs, Risk and Legal team members and develop comprehensive plans to activate tool deployments and support office hours</li><li>Team with the network of AI champions within the region to encourage community-based adoption, drive engagement, and share best practices</li><li>Support collection of usage metrics to track adoption progress, identify barriers, and report on the effectiveness of change initiatives to regional AI lead</li><li>Explore and capitalize on additional opportunities to accelerate deployments and improve adoption of AI tools</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years of recent experience working on large-scale, enterprise-wide change management and technology adoption programs in a professional services or matrixed organization is preferred </li><li>Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in organizational change, business, technology is preferred; minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required</li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence in a complex, matrixed environment, with a track record of inspiring and mobilizing geographically dispersed teams</li><li>Demonstrated success in deploying emerging technologies, with a strong preference for experience in AI/ML or data analytics initiatives</li><li>Bilingual proficiency in english and spanish is a significant advantage for this role, reflecting the diversity of the Americas region</li><li>Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to twenty percent </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
