<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Director, AI Principle Architect to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead the architectural efforts in the field of AI, including developing new platforms, algorithms, models, and techniques for analyzing business knowledge and data</li><li>Unite with external partners and stakeholders to identify new opportunities for innovation and research in the field of AI</li><li>Keep updated with the latest research and trends in the field of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation in Gen AI </li><li>Architect solutions and work with a team of engineers and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful realization of goals</li><li>Develop proof of concept (POC) projects and prototypes that demonstrate the potential of emerging technologies</li><li>Collaborate with other technology groups, including architects, engineering teams, and designers, to act as an emerging technology thought leader</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum ten years of recent architectural experience on SDLC projects; minimum five years of recent experience in artificial intelligence and enterprise grade platforms</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required</li><li>Proven experience in bringing in AI platforms/Solutions to solve business problems and make a business impact, practical experience with Python, Azure AI, Google AI services or similar capabilities on other cloud platforms</li><li>Proven experience of architecting solutions on Cloud platforms like Azure and Google, using native cloud capabilities</li><li>Strong leadership skills,&nbsp;experience managing and working with cross-functional team of developers and engineers;&nbsp;practical&nbsp;experience developing applications with AI technologies preferably AI; strong digital skills, fast learner on emerging technology and new ways of working; Ability to understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations and ability to apply multiple AI solutions to business problems</li><li>Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; foster the architectural of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization; ability to participate in architectural of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities&nbsp;</li></ul>
