<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise activities on Federal Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements, including reviewing risk identification, assessment, response, and monitoring (including program integration with management activities and program processes / documentation)</li><li>Perform management review of engagement deliverables, working papers / supporting documentation, and provide oversight of staff.</li><li>Work directly with Federal client management to develop and/or revise ERM program processes and communicate areas of improvement to KPMG management / clients</li><li>Review / evaluate enterprise risk strategies, objectives, policies, and/or Federal business processes to successfully identify, manage, govern prioritized risks</li><li>Provide high quality, professional day-to-day oversight of engagements and projects in line with firm risk management practices to U.S. Federal government clients</li><li>Led the development of strategies / implementation plans, policies / procedures, risk profiles / risk registers, risk assessments, and response plans, and results of relevant ERM lifecycle activities with findings / recommendations</li><li>Lead Advisory project teams, assist client management to successfully complete engagement objectives, lead the design, preparation, and analysis of deliverables</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of five years of federal financial management / government risk management experience; US Federal government consulting experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university </li><li>Experience identifying / analyzing enterprise risks, internal controls, compliance requirements, systems business processes, and reporting </li><li>Experience / knowledge of Office of Management (OMB) guidelines, Committee of the Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) standards, and Government Accountability Office (GAO) Green book</li><li>Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements</li><li>Initial project will be located in the St. Louis, MO region, requires daily on-site presence</li><li>Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance</li></ul>
