<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Dir Finance & Acctng • F&A-Partner Accounts to join our organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage the partner accounts team, overseeing the system sub-ledger for transaction postings, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes</li><li>Review transactions within partner accounts, such as cash disbursements, pension contributions, and tax expenses</li><li>Coordinate the Partner Capital loan program’s records, including borrowings/payments with the bank and reporting to the Treasurer and CFO</li><li>Oversee partner income and employment verification processes and provide recurring and ad-hoc financial reports</li><li>Address new accounting issues independently, advising the Director of functional impacts</li><li>Develop and maintain internal procedural manual for new technology initiatives and existing tools</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum seven years of recent experience in partnership accounting within a professional services or similar environment</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.</li><li>Advanced skills in Excel and Access, with high proficiency in general ledger accounting and strong knowledge of partnership accounting</li><li>Strong team management skills with the ability to oversee complex projects and manage competing priorities under tight deadlines</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, leadership, and peers.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate functional matters in an understandable way</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
