<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead multiple DoD client service delivery efforts in the active execution of engagements in compliance with firm and practice unit service delivery standards</li><li>Expand and development Human Capital, Transformation, HR Technology, and Organizational Design engagements across Federal DoD business portfolio </li><li>Drive the creation / advancement of thought leadership, internal / external tools and resources, and training for HR / workforce transformation efforts</li><li>Build long-term business relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and networking in professional organizations</li><li>Lead business development efforts by identifying new DoD sector opportunities and developing proposal responses</li><li>Contribute to the development / evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and training efforts</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of eight years of Federal HR Transformations / HR Technology experience; must have DoD sector business delivery / business development experience</li><li>Bachelor's from an accredited college/university; MBA or an advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred</li><li>Experience in human-centered design and employee experience-oriented platforms / solution; preferred background in ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, or SAP</li><li>Experience with full life cycle digital HR Transformation and Service Delivery supporting shared services / cloud delivery solutions</li><li>Experience leading, managing, developing both business accounts and personnel in the DoD space</li><li>Deep understanding of HR / workforce business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices</li><li>Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements</li><li>Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance</li></ul>
