<div><p>KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, FS Capital Markets Transformation to join our <a href="https://advisory.kpmg.us/" target="_blank">Advisory Services</a> practice.</p></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Advise clients on revenue enhancements or operational efficiencies/scalability through the design and implementation of customized operating models, to include AI accelerators to reduce costs</li><li>Conduct current state assessments, perform industry/competitor research, conduct gap assessments, and design target state operating models</li><li>Assist KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations</li><li>Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing/presenting proposals</li><li>Help mentor employees to grow and develop the practice</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Qualifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum three years of recent experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and/or information systems within an audit, tax, and/or advisory firm</li><li>MBA from an accredited college or university preferred; minimum of a Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, computer science, engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university</li><li>Strong background working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of front-to-back trade flows, leading vendor systems, and/or industry protocols</li><li>Experience with Python, SQL, data modeling, data analysis and visualizations; experience using or deployment of genAI tools and solutions (for example: MS Co-Pilot, Github, agentic solutions), or assessing commercial feasibility of new AI solutions</li><li>Solid experience working as a business or technical analyst with firm understanding of Sales and Trading or Asset Management</li><li>Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations</li><li>Travel locally onsite 3-4 days per week</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa</li></ul>
