<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our Federal Advisory practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop code to prepare, extract, and enrich a variety of structured and unstructured data sources, working with the business to understand available resources / constraints around data</li><li>Create production quality data pipelines and Machine Learning pipelines that can be deployed at scale</li><li>Translate advanced business analytics problems into technical approaches that yield actionable recommendations, in diverse domains (risk management, product development, marketing research, supply chain, public policy)</li><li>Support leading teams in the development of client solutions utilizing analytics, exploratory data analysis, data wrangling, and ETL</li><li>Provide oversight, scoping, technical assistance, and quality control over the development of analytics solutions using analytics / data wrangling tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL, SAS)</li><li>Perform operations to prepare data for analysis (e.g. data cleansing, data integration, data transformation)</li><li>Lead discussions with clients on the value proposition of analytics, analytic methodologies, and outputs of analytic solutions</li><li>Develop documentation / guides for analytics usage and maintenance&nbsp;</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of three years of data engineering / analytics experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college / university</li><li>Develop end-to-end data pipelines, data warehousing, and analytics solutions leveraging Databricks and AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Glue, and Lambda</li><li>Hands-on experience data engineering, cloud architecture, or related fields with a focus on AWS and Databricks</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, SQL</li><li>Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements</li><li><span data-teams="true">Initial project will be located in the St. Louis, MO region, requires daily on-site presence</span></li><li>Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance</li></ul>
