<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Seasonal Tax Senior Associate to join our <a href="https://tax.kpmg.us/content/tax/en/index.html" target="_blank">Business Tax Services</a> practice. </p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Provide tax compliance and advisory services to owners and senior executives of KPMGs private client base which focuses on ultra-high net worth individual, trust and estate clients </li><li>Prepare complex individual income, gift, trust and estate tax returns for ultra-high net-worth individuals and Family Offices </li><li>Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients</li><li>Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects</li><li>Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice</li><li>Participate in and contribute to market and business activities external to the firm</li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum two years of ultra-high net worth individual and/or trust and estate tax experience in an accounting firm and/or law firm</li><li>Bachelors degree, J.D., LL.M. in taxation and/or Master?s in Taxation (MST) from an accredited college/university</li><li>Deep experience with individual income tax and/or gift tax, estate tax and trust taxation; multi-generational estate planning experience is a plus</li><li>Experience managing multiple client engagements and client service teams</li><li>Excellent advisory, compliance, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information</li></ul>
