<p>KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Review developed tools and outputs for process mapping, visualization, and data analysis</li><li>Review work products, lead walkthroughs, lead teams to document current and future state of financial management functions, execute change management efforts related to finance transformation, support the development of financial strategies, and create and execute training materials</li><li>Identify key stakeholders, organizational improvement in financial management &amp; operations, process workflow, and roles &amp; responsibilities</li><li>Oversee the review of root-cause analysis activities, validate corrective actions, link like-kind issues, create roadmaps, identify dependencies and risks</li><li>Review audit requests and prepare responses, support walkthroughs, including communication with various stakeholders, and execute formal project management activities</li><li>Research, interpret, review and communicate the impact of Federal standards, policies, and regulations on financial operations</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>A minimum of five years of experience with Federal financial management &amp; controls, reporting, budgeting, auditing, or audit readiness</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; CPA/ CISA/ PMP/ CGFM/ CDFM/ CFE/ LSS preferred</li><li>Experience with FASAB, GAO, FAR, FMR, CFR, Treasury, and OMB&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading financial practices</li><li>Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements&nbsp;</li><li>Initial project will be located in the St. Louis, MO region, requires daily on-site presence</li><li>Applicant must possess a U.S. Government Secret clearance</li></ul>
