<span><p>KPMG is currently seeking a Paralegal, KPMG Law to join our practice.</p></span><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br> <ul><li>Manage the formation, registration, and dissolution of domestic and international entities, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional requirements</li><li>Draft and maintain corporate documents including bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, and meeting minutes for boards and committees</li><li>Coordinate and file annual reports, business licenses, and other regulatory filings to maintain good standing across jurisdictions</li><li>Maintain and update entity management systems, ensuring accurate and current records for all entities</li><li>Support internal and external audits by preparing entity documentation and responding to information requests</li><li>Partner with client legal, tax, finance, and business teams to support transactions, reorganizations, and strategic initiatives</li><li><span>Act with integrity, professionalism and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</span></li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><br><ul><li>Minimum eight years of recent experience in paralegal&nbsp; with a focus on corporate governance and entity management</li><li><span>Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an accredited college/university is required.&nbsp;</span><span>Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting a large portfolio of entities is highly desirable.</span><span><span> </span></span>Strong understanding of corporate structures, compliance obligations, and governance best practices</li><li><span><span> </span></span>Proficiency in entity management software and Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Experience working in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting a large portfolio of entities is highly desirable</li><li><span><span></span></span>Attention to detail in the management of multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused setting</li><li>Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and proposing practical solutions, with strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
