<p>KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Financial Systems to join our Finance &amp; Accounting - Partner Accounts team.&nbsp;This is a hybrid work opportunity.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Primary liaison between Firm Taxes, Partner Accounts and Digital Nexus teams to analyze and support the partner applications suite from the business/partner user perspective</li><li>Adopt evolving Al capabilities into existing partner systems and reporting</li><li>Oversee and participate during requirements gathering sessions to ensure that business information is translated into clear, concise, and complete business and functional requirements of processes that will resolve issues and enhance the Firm Taxes partner applications suite</li><li>Organize the creation of data conditions and test plans necessary for Firm Taxes users to successfully verify application changes made by the Digital Nexus team for user acceptance testing</li><li>Guide testing of new enhancements/support items to ensure business has sufficient resources for agile production deployments&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Co-ordinate with team leads to manage process to permission new Firm Taxes personnel for required access to firm taxes applications and to ensure that periodic security and user access reviews are compliant with firm requirements</li><li>Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum eight years of recent experience in tax or public accounting within a professional services firm or similar environment is preferred </li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in accounting, finance, or related field is required</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suite applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint, SharePoint and SQL Server Management Studio experience is preferred </li><li>Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with many levels of management, and interface between technical team and business owners</li><li>Excellent product and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities with tight timelines, and communicate effectively</li><li>Willingness and flexibility to work overtime during peak activity periods</li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)</li></ul>
