develop and implement strategic plans for the infrastructure consulting practice, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives, keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies</span></font></li><li><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction; understanding client needs and business objectives, as well as translate them into actionable strategies and solutions; oversee the development and delivery of proposals, presentations, and project plans to clients</span></font></li><li><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget; monitor continuous project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide transparent reporting to clients and stakeholders; implement best practices in project management, quality assurance, and risk management to ensure successful project outcomes</span></font></li><li><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Guide the design and implementation of solutions, leveraging industry best practices and advanced technologies; ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with clients' business goals and technical requirements</span></font></li><li><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Identify new business opportunities within the infrastructure domain and develop strategies to grow the practice; build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and represent the company at industry events and conferences; collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies</span></font></li><li><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; color: black;">Develop and implement standard operating procedures, and best practices for consulting engagements; evaluate continuously and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; manage the financial performance of the consulting practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis</span></font></li></ul><p><strong><font size="2" color="#f6f6f6" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold; color: black;">Qualifications:</span></font></strong></p><ul> <ul><li><font size="2" face="Arial" style=""><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Minimum eight years of recent experience in construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in major power and utilities, oil and gas, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, or public and private sector projects</span></font></li><li><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college/university in engineering, operations management, or a related; Professional Engineer, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma preferred</span></font></li><li><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Client coordination, subcontractor management for full life cycle construction projects including planning and work breakdown structures, pre-construction services, sourcing and procurement of contracts, contract administration, scheduling, cost estimating, quality management, project reporting, and project closeout</span></font></li><li><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholder relationships</span></font></li><li><font size="2" face="Arial"><span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif;
