<p>KPMG is currently seeking an AI Tech Lead to join our Audit Technology Alliance organization.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Develop&nbsp;generative AI solutions, balancing hands-on full-stack development with technical mentorship and project oversight for a dedicated&nbsp;AI&nbsp;engineering team</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, audit subject matter experts, and&nbsp;AI architects&nbsp;to&nbsp;deliver technical solutions that align with expected business outcomes</li><li>Champion a culture of quality and innovation in our engineering teams;&nbsp;identify&nbsp;opportunities to continually improve our solutions&nbsp;and introduce modern AI methods</li><li>Drive quality SDLC processes with our AI engineering teams; deliver solutions on time to meet business cycle timelines</li><li>Drive the technical execution of the product roadmap, guiding the team in building and deploying features that advance our mission of transforming the audit through AI automation</li><li>Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth while promoting best practices within our agile development process</li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum five years&nbsp;of recent professional experience in full-stack software development, with a proven&nbsp;track record&nbsp;of leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams</li><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred;&nbsp;master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical discipline is desired</li><li>Expertise&nbsp;in building scalable applications on cloud infrastructure, specifically with Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), KEDA, and asynchronous service bus architectures</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as&nbsp;LangChain/LangGraph&nbsp;or Semantic Kernel, and practical experience building and&nbsp;optimizing&nbsp;LLM-powered systems using models from Azure OpenAI or Google Cloud</li><li>Proficiency&nbsp;with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices, including extensive experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and building and&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;robust CI/CD pipelines</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills, with the capacity to articulate complex technical designs and decisions to both technical and business stakeholders(200TEC)</li></ul>
