HBCU Talent + Program

HBCU Talent+ is a leadership program at KPMG Lakehouse, where HBCU students will participate in engaging sessions, learn about our culture, and hear from KPMG professionals and HBCU alumni about the exciting career paths available within a professional services firm. 

Program Dates: TBD July 2027
Location: KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona, FL (all travel expenses paid by KPMG)

Eligibility Requirements: 
  • Currently enrolled at a Historically Black College or University (HBCU)
  • Required GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Have an interest in a career in public accounting and professional services
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must be 18 years or older at the time of this program
