Global Internship Program

Program Overview
The Global Internship Program (GIP) provides select KPMG Audit, Tax, and Advisory interns with a four-week international rotation. Selected interns will gain experience through U.S. training and client engagements with their home office at the beginning of the summer internship or during the winter internship, then travel abroad for approximately four weeks in the summer to support an international client engagement. KPMG covers program costs related to airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and administrative fees including resources for work authorization, tax implications, and traveler’s insurance. KPMG’s Global Mobility specialists fully support GIP participants to help manage the preparation and repatriation processes.
