Advisory Talent Program is designed to attract and empower top talent, providing them with the opportunity to network, learn from industry leaders, and explore a future career in Advisory at KPMG.
During the program, attendees will have the ability to:

Learn how KPMG Advisory uses top technology & innovation to unlock fresh business solutions
Network with peers through an immersive training experience
Meet with KPMG recruiters to learn more about Advisory internship opportunities for you
Program dates: Wednesday, July 22 – Friday, July 24, 2026
Program Location: KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, Florida (travel paid for by KPMG!)
Participant qualifications:
Preferred Majors: Double Major in Business and Technology, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Health and Government, or other related majors
GPA of 3.4 or higher
Graduation date of December 2027 – August 2028
Eligible to work in the US with no need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
Must be 18 years or older at the time of arrival for the program (July 22, 2026)
Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of technical knowledge, tools and concepts
