Program details:
Advisory Talent Program is designed to attract and empower top talent, providing them with the opportunity to network, learn from industry leaders, and explore a future career in Advisory at KPMG.
During the program, attendees will have the ability to:
- Kickoff an engaging career by hearing from top leaders
- Learn how KPMG Advisory uses top technology & innovation to unlock fresh business solutions
- Network with peers through an immersive training experience
- Meet with KPMG recruiters to learn more about Advisory internship opportunities for you
Program dates: Wednesday, July 22 – Friday, July 24, 2026
Program Location: KPMG Lakehouse in Orlando, Florida (travel paid for by KPMG!)
Participant qualifications:
- Preferred Majors: Double Major in Business and Technology, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, Health and Government, or other related majors
- GPA of 3.4 or higher
- Graduation date of December 2027 – August 2028
- Eligible to work in the US with no need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Must be 18 years or older at the time of arrival for the program (July 22, 2026)
- Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of technical knowledge, tools and concepts
